Evaluation and Project Analysis Division was renamed as Monitoring and Evaluation Division in the year 2049, which was, then, operating under the Ministry of Agriculture and Co-operatives. This division monitors and evaluates the local development projects and the projects granted by the foreign aid. Fundamentally, this division stresses on the required pace to solve the dilemma of the project, establishing the coordination required for managing agricultural development implementation program and preparing the answers to the questions raised in the House relating agriculture.
Objectives
Regular monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the program, project implementation under the Ministry and its associates.
Major activities
Monitoring and evaluating the projects operating under the Ministry, it's associates and foreign aid from operating level to policy level
Regular (monthly, quarterly or annually) evaluation of the progress report and feed back
Implementation of all the directions and coordinating the associates
Coordinating and reporting about the operation to the Secretariat/House of representative
Formulating and monitoring the quality control policies and providing chemical fertilizer including production inputs
Take required action to the problems and give feed back
Coordinating the associates for the implementation of the long-term agricultural plan
Giving feed back to the planning division during the making of annual program and composing new project
