Administration Division manages day to day workload of the Ministry, employees' requirements and other administration related activities. This division basically deals with general administration, management and financial administrative portion of the ministry. Policy required for the administrative improvement in the employees' administration, recruitment management, transfer, promotion, field works, rewards, punishment, retirement, etc comes under employees' administration and documentation management, office management, rules and regulations, constituency/statutory. And ministry's day-to-day administrative work comes under general service. Likewise, financial administration deals with budget disbursement, regular financial transactions, auditing, and advance clearance. Additionally, rules and regulation consultation division under administration division prepares rules and regulation, gives legal advices and suggestions and work on statutory. |
