ADMINISTRATION DIVISION
Administration Division manages day to day workload of the Ministry, employees' requirements and other administration related activities. This division basically deals with general administration, management and financial administrative portion of the ministry. Policy required for the administrative improvement in the employees' administration, recruitment management, transfer, promotion, field works, rewards, punishment, retirement, etc comes under employees' administration and documentation management, office management, rules and regulations, constituency/statutory. And ministry's day-to-day administrative work comes under general service. Likewise, financial administration deals with budget disbursement, regular financial transactions, auditing, and advance clearance. Additionally, rules and regulation consultation division under administration division prepares rules and regulation, gives legal advices and suggestions and work on statutory.
 
Objectives
  1. Work related to employees' administration
  2. Work related to general administration
  3. Managing office equipments, repair and maintenance of the equipments
  4. Legal advice to the ministry and their associates
  5. Recruiting, transferring and promoting ministry level employees
  6. Monitoring and evaluating the recruitment, transfer and promotion process of the employees in the ministry and their associated offices to take required actions and motivating them to accomplish the objective within the code of the ministry
  7. General budgeting and implementation
  8. Whole Budget disbursement and regular operation of financial transaction
  9. Auditing and advance clearance related work accomplishment
  10. Other works related to financial administration
  11. Regular monitoring and evaluating the accounting system of the Ministry and to take required actions
